ABOUT US

Welcome to the newly formed North Ayrshire Athletics Club, catering for young athletes, seniors and beginners for the sport of athletics.  The newly formed club is linked well with North Ayrshire Council, KA Leisure and also local schools and hopes to promote and elevate athletics in North Ayrshire. North Ayrshire AC will cater for all athletics events, RUNNING (beginners, endurance and speed), JUMPS (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles, Pole Vault and High Jump), THROWS (Javelin, Discuss, Hammer and Shot). This will include Track and Field, Indoor Track and Field, Cross-Country, Road Racing, and Hill Racing.

The club has a great number of specialised coaches and there are “extra training” sessions for anyone that wants to achieve there potential, like Event Focused Sessions, Core, Plyometrics sessions, Circuit Training, Strength Training and strength and conditioning.
