WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP

The Winter Championship will start from 1st September - 1st March and will cover all cross-country races during winter. More importantly the Ayrshire CC Championships, West District Championships and Scottish CC Championships. However the championship will NOT cover any cross-country relys.

All athletes must compete for the club regularly and have competed at least 4 times for the Winter season to be eligible for the Winter Championship. There will be a points system in place and at the end of the winter season all the results will be collated and trophies will be given to the top 3 winners in each age category, male and female. And certificates with a points total for everyone eligible.

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL NOT BE A WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP THIS YEAR. As there is no structure in place for a points system, no funds available for trophies and not enough athletes competing as the club has just been formed.
